Learn more about our exciting new reading project called "Read ME Agriculture," which kicked off in March during National Agriculture Week!
Grow Space Crops in your Classroom! Visit an online site (Utah State University's Crop Physiology Laboratory) that provides teachers with instructions and free seeds for growing dwarf "space" crops. Explore plant biology and plant growth systems such as hydroponics. Compare plant growth with conventional crops grown here on Earth and identify other differences between crop production on Earth and in space.
