Young Farmers & Ranchers

The Young Farmer and Rancher Program provides an excellent opportunity for young farmers, men and women ages 18-35, to actively participate in Farm Bureau programs. The objective of this program is to provide leadership in building a more effective Farm Bureau to preserve our individual freedoms and expand our opportunities in agriculture.

• Networking with other farmers and ranchers around the state and country
• Competitive events, such as Discussion Meets
• Involvement in the whole Farm Bureau program

We are trying to build this into a bigger, more dynamic program because today’s Young Farmers are the future of Maine Farm Bureau and agriculture in Maine.
